Lets start at the beginning…. This weekend I managed to find myself on the island of no channel 7, aka ABC. Yes, you heard correctly. Thanks to an horrific who-has-the-bigger-balls and wants-to-make-more-money-while-laying-off-thousands battle between Cablevision (the local network here) and ABC/Disney kept me from watching the Oscars in the comfort of my in-laws home, so I [...] Wherever my political alliances lie, I have to say that the idea of a cable news network continuously providing only ONE side of the political story can not be deemed “fair and balanced”. With Palindemoneum taking over America, specifically in areas where they consider reporting first and knowledge second, it seems that whatever comes out [...] I love watching Regis & Kelly. It’s sort of like an out of body experience where I get to see what a conversation between my grandma and myself would look like. Anyways, while I dressed for work the other day, I heard Kelly discussing the latest permanent addition to her skin. The project, which Portman will star in, as well as produce, is set around a weed-infused road trip between three best friends. The girls set off to San Diego to bond and refuel before [...] Woohoo! It only took 500k fans on Facebook and massive media coverage to make Lorne Michaels and the folks at SNL approach Betty White to host the show in April. According to Michael Ausiello at EW that there is a deal in the works to get Betty White to host the late night program. But, [...] Last night I had the opportunity to watch, quote and sing along with one of my all time favorite movies and about two hundred fellow fans at Troop Beverly Hills: The Experience. The party went down at The Bell House in Brooklyn and it was FABULOUS! It was amazing to be in a room filled [...] I kid, I kid. If you are a fan of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, you will know how the term eviscerates is misused on a daily basis by political leaning blogs.
