Hi y’all. This year,which I’m sure we have all declared “the year”,has started out with a big kick in the stomach and not the fun kind,so I have been a bit behind in writing anything not pertaining to aggravation a certain bank cough CHASE cough has been giving me. As you might have learned,I was recently engaged. And while I am BEYOND excited about the prospect of spending my life with my boyfriend of eight years,I am also incredibly stressed as we are attempting to get hitched in NYC by the end of this year. So I have been spending most of my online hours researching and emailing tons of bridal sites,invitation printers and locales,which I will be posting about on another blog. (Oh sure,because if you are having an issue posting on one blog,the next logical step would be to create ANOTHER blog. Good one Spielster!) But I wanted to cover the process that I am going through but keep it separated from this here blog,so in the next few weeks I will be sharing links and more information.

So I am planning for 2010 to be “my year”,as delusional as that sounds,and hope you are along for the ride. The Spielster will be returning with daily posts,editorials and reviews once again and I promise to keep the writers block to a minimum. Thanks again for the support!
